A rare breed, the French White and Orange Hound is a relatively recent addition to the hunting world, having only been officially recognized in the 1970s. Easier to manage than many other pack hounds, it is generally good with children and other dogs, though supervision is needed around small pets. Highly active, this breed is not suited to confined spaces and requires plenty of exercise.
